They consist of two layers of 10 mil thick film (2 x 0.25 mm) and have a 3 mil thick reverse dot (0.08 mm) affixed to the bottom in the middle. In the middle they are 23 mil (0.58 mm) thick and therefore tailored to "heavy hitters".
