- I ordered an Ibanez SZ720FM guitar from your company on Thursday morning. I received the guitar today (Friday morning). The service was fantastic, the packing was great. Took the guitar out of the case and WOW! - what a looker. Plugged her in and just couldn't believe the sound - Awesome doesn't even come close. Usually I play Gibson Les Pauls live, but we have a gig tonight and I can't wait to hear this baby through my rig. I doubt that I'll be ordering any more guitars from you though because I JUST CANNOT PUT THIS DAMN THING DOWN - my fingers are bleeding right now, and I'm considering suing for lack of sleep, social life etc, cos I don't think I'm going to have much of either during the next 6 months or so !! Seriously though - Thank You so much for an amazing service and a beautiful guitar, which was extremely well set up straight out of the box. To anyone looking at this guitar on your web site all I can say is stop looking and BUY IT - forget Fender, Gibson, PRS etc - this guitar is UNBELIEVABLE value for under 500 quid - M.H.

- A quick e-mail regarding my order for an electro-acoustic guitar purchased by phone on November 11th. The guitar arrived lunchtime the next day very well packaged. - My deVille is a bit much to carry around so I contacted you to buy a smallish Fender amp for practice. You were out of stock and that model has been discontinued. You somehow talked me into buying the 30-watt Vox Valvetronix which I received last Friday. Practice on Saturday was brilliant. Just getting back to you to say "nice one, guys". I can't believe what a deal this was at around £150. It has way more "grunt" and tone than I expected at the price. Really pleased. Thanks - R.V.
