NOVATION NIO 2|4 2-IN/4-OUT MOBILE USB AUDIO MIDI INTERFACE WITH DIRECT FX EFFECTS

The Novation nio 2|4 is a mobile 2-input / 4-output USB audio and MIDI interface designed for modern musician's home recording, live performance and DJ-ing. Novation Direct FX ultra-low latency effects mean all built-in effects (guitar amp simulations, filters, delay, chorus, phaser, flanger, distortion, EQ, Reverb, Tremelo, etc..) can be used in real time. Novation nio 2|4 provides MIDI In/Out and is also class compliant with both Mac and PC, connecting via USB and powering the Novation nio 2|4 via the USB bus.

The Novation nio 2|4 offers 1 balanced XLR input with phantom power for microphones, 1 unbalanced Hi-Z instrument input for direct inputing guitars and basses, and stereo RCA phono inputs. Four RCA phono outputs with flexible metering and two headphone outputs make the Novation nio 2|4 ideal for laptop DJs and live performers. The Novation nio 2|4 is class compliant with PC and MAC OSX Core Audio.

NOVATION NIO 2|4 USB AUDIO INTERFACE FEATURES


2 Inputs: 1 balanced XLR microphone input with phantom power, 1 unbalanced Hi-Z 1/4-inch TS instrument jack, 2 RCA phonos.
Outputs: 4 RCA phono, 2 stereo 1/4-inch headphones jacks.
Data ports: 1 x USB 1.1.
A pair of phono (RCA) inputs can be used to record a stereo signal.
USB connection and bus powering.
Direct FX technology with ultra-low latency allowing all of nio 2 | 4 effects to be used in real time (guitar amp simulations, filters, delay, chorus, phaser, flanger, distortion, EQ, Reverb, Tremelo, etc....
Two headphone outputs.
Flexible monitoring solution, with two dials close to hand and independent switching between three different monitor mixes.
Flexible metering.
Class compliant with Mac OS X CoreAudio.
