The TASCAM CD-GT2 Portable CD Guitar Trainer gives you the ability to slow down the speed of a CD without changing the pitch, making it ideal for guitar practice. Perfect for guitarists and music teachers to practice, learn and teach fast licks, rhythm parts and solos from their favourite guitarists. Trying to learn a riff that is too difficult at ordinary playback speed? The Tascam CD-GT2 slows the playback to a speed that makes learning the notes easier. Just plug in your guitar and mix your own playing with music from a CD.

The CD-GT2 guitar trainer improves Tascam's earlier guitar phrase trainers with a new improved ultra compact gig-bag- and guitar-case-friendly design, comprehensive 128 x 64 dot matrix LCD display with graphical user interface, album title/track title read from CD-text, expanded multi-effects for user presets, 3 octave tone oscillator, and TASCAM'S pioneering VSA Variable Speed Audition, pitch control without affecting key.

Features of the Tascam CD-GT2 portable CD guitar trainer include integrated +16 to -50% pitch control in 1% steps and key control, instrument canceller with selectable canceling pan point and selectable frequency range, and seamless integration with CD-DA/CD-R/CD-RW disc playback.
