The flat-top, single-cutaway mahogany body and single dog-ear, double-coil H-90 pickup combination is unbeatable for punchy, defined-yet-dirty tone. The mahogany neck with rosewood fretboard and 1960 slim-tapered neck profile is comfy and gives you something solid to hold on to. It also has a wraparound compensated bridge, nickel tuners, and volume and tone controls.

Gibosn H-90 pickups are P-90 pickups that have an under-wound enamel wire coil stacked below the single coil of the P-90. This provides some hum cancellation without the H-90 pickup being technically considered a single-coil. In their stacked format, Gibson H-90 double-coil pickups offer humcancelling performance, with all the reassuring clarity and bite of the traditional P-90 soapbar type pickup.
