The Roland VP-7 Vocal Processor creates harmonies and

The Roland VP-7 Vocal Processor is designed for singing
keyboard players. Plug a microphone in, run a MIDI connection
to your keyboard, and get ready for amazing choral and vocal
harmony effects! Just select a sound type from the VP-7 front
panel, and play.The Roland VP-7's Human Voice section turns
your playing into choral backing sounds. No singing required,
just play your keyboard. The Vocal Designer setting
automatically generates 2- or 3-voice backing harmonies based
on your singing in the microphone. The Roland VP-7 vocal
processor even includes a very cool vintage-sounding Vocoder
for robotic effects.
The Roland VP-7 Vocal Processor creates "virtual vocals" with
spoken or sung phrases from your own voice. From a basic
harmony to a vocoder, the Roland VP-7 Vocal Processor delivers
interactive expressive vocal backing. Play the desired harmony
notes on the keyboard, and sing. The Roland VP-7 vocal effects
pedal can also generate harmonies without singing, just play
and let the Roland VP-7 vocal processor's Human Voice section
do the vocalizing for you.
Operating the compact Roland VP-7 vocal processor is simple,
with clearly labeled dedicated buttons and large knobs. Four
knobs control volume, Mic level, Harmony mix, and Ambiance
level. Large front-panel buttons select the Human Voice type
(Female Choir, Boys Choir, Gregorian Choir, and Jazz Scat), the
Vocal Designer type (Duet, Trio 1, and Trio 2), Bypass, and
activate the Vocoder section.
